All pre-sale orders will be delivered starting March 1. Since we are launching exclusive designs, it takes time to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

How will I know my order has been successful?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team if you don't receive it.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.
